Park 249 Business Center
LEED Consulting, Commissioning
LEED Certified
Rennell Associates played a pivotal role in the successful completion of the Park 249 Business Center, a high-profile speculative Core and Shell office/warehouse project located along Tomball Parkway in Houston.
This large-scale development spans 816,920 square feet across four office/warehouse buildings and occupies a single contiguous parcel of land. Originally a redevelopment of an older structure, the new business center now serves as a strategic warehouse and distribution hub, providing valuable support to the growing logistical needs of the Houston area.
Our team provided a full range of commissioning services, ensuring the building systems were properly integrated, optimized, and functioning as intended for maximum efficiency and reliability. Throughout the process, Rennell Associates worked closely with the project team to ensure every aspect of the building’s infrastructure was thoroughly tested and validated, resulting in a high-performance space that meets the demands of modern industrial operations.
Additionally, we supported the project in achieving LEED Certification, contributing to the center’s commitment to sustainability and environmentally responsible design. The LEED certification ensures that the buildings meet rigorous standards for energy efficiency, water conservation, and overall environmental impact, setting the foundation for long-term sustainability and cost savings in the future.
The Park 249 Business Center stands as a testament to our dedication to delivering quality commissioning and sustainable building solutions that enhance both functionality and environmental performance.
