New Waller High School

Rennell Associates played a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of the building envelope at the new Waller High School in Waller, TX. Our team conducted extensive leakage testing on windows throughout the three-story facility to verify proper sealing and prevent water intrusion.

Utilizing ASTM E1105 testing protocols, we employed the use of pressure chamber vacuum testing and spray rack water exposure to simulate real-world conditions. This rigorous process helped us identify and document problem areas so that the project team could address them before the school’s official opening.

The new Waller High School, designed to accommodate 3,500 students, was built adjacent to the former campus and opened in 2022. Our expertise in building envelope testing contributed to a more durable, weather-resistant structure that will serve the community for years to come.
