Rennell Associates is proud to have provided Envelope Commissioning and Testing services for the new Athletic Center at The John Cooper School in The Woodlands, Texas. Our comprehensive services included air leakage testing and window leakage testing, critical components in verifying that the building envelope—including walls, windows, doors, and roofing—functions as intended. These tests ensure that the facility is airtight, energy-efficient, and compliant with AAMA 501.2 standards, ultimately helping to protect the structure and enhance its performance.

The new three-story Athletic Center has raised the bar for fitness and athletic development at The John Cooper School. Designed to support the fitness and strength training of student athletes, this facility expands upon existing spaces while seamlessly integrating into the campus’s overall layout. By enhancing the school's athletic capabilities, the new center offers students more opportunities to grow and excel.
