Rennell Associates provided critical building envelope testing and remediation support for the 100 Park Apartment Complex in College Station, TX. Due to extensive leakage issues, our team conducted thorough spray wand testing on windows, inspected weatherproofing systems, and oversaw the reconstruction of siding and porches to improve the building’s resilience.

By identifying key problem areas, we enabled the project team to implement targeted repairs, ensuring a safer, healthier living environment for residents. Our work was completed in two phases—Phase 1 in 2020 and Phase 2 in 2022—providing long-term solutions to protect the integrity of the building.
