The new 30,000 SF visitor's center in Austwell, TX for the Aransas Wildlife Refuge achieved LEED Certification.

Renovations to TCHS Multi Purpose building included envelope testing and commissioning for Lewisville ISD in The Colony, TX.

We completed Whole Building Testing for the Hays County ESD No. 8 Fire Station in Buda, TX.

Rennell completed Envelope Consulting and Leakage Testing for the new Athletic Building at The John Cooper School in The Woodlands, TX.

This 4 building group Core & Shell project received LEED Certification in 2023.

We provided our commissioning and LEED Consulting services to the new 1.3 million SF Medline Distribution Center.

Our pressure chamber and spray rack testing on the New Waller HS ensured the integrity of the building envelope.

After two phases of work over four years, we provided extensive leakage testing and rebuilt the siding on these apartments.
